HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Mission Systems Software Engineer (Engineer/Scientist III) to assist our customer in development and fielding of Follow on Modernization (FoM) capabilities of the F-35 fleet at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) located in Arlington, VA.



  • Provide engineering, technical, and analytical support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Functional Teams of the F-35 capabilities
  • Provide C2D2 Mission Systems Software Support


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in computer science/software engineering
  • Demonstrated experience with the integration of on-board sensors
  • Understanding with development and maturation techniques for algorithms and a functional understanding of data links
  • Demonstrated knowledge of weapon functionality and interface
  • Demonstrated knowledge of embedded operation software
  • Demonstrated experience in or understanding of Object Oriented design and analysis using UML
  • Training in and experience using Earned Value Management
  • SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR programs



  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
