HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking an Science & Technology Portfolio Manager to provide Engineering, Technical, and Analytical Support to Systems Engineering Lead Engineer to support Integrated Product Team (IPT’s) at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) located in Arlington, VA.
 

Duties
 

• Provide Engineering, Technical, and Analytical Support
• Support Enterprise Planning
• Support Science and Technology

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 6 years of experience in engineering or technical filed
• Demonstrated ability to think, plan and work at a tactical level
• Demonstrated experience in U.S. DoD Program acquisition and management processes
• Working understanding of program management processes such as contracting, source selections, technical readiness assessments, return on investment calculations, and transition planning
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR

Education

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Science
