Description

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Mission Control Hardware/Software Support of the MQ-4C Mission Systems Avionics Program (PMA-262) located at Patuxent River, MD. This position requires a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities and Tasking:

  • Support of the MQ-4C Mission Systems avionics programs and will include ground station IT systems, avionics development, engineering and technical management of the assigned systems throughout the acquisition process from concept formulation through production, and for engineering support during in service use
  • Responsible for analyzing IT/avionics requirements
  • Tasks involving the platform's avionics systems and establishment of specifications
  • Provide development support of ground station IT systems and infrastructure; provide detailed technical analysis in support of hardware/software/network development and system design reviews of Triton avionics projects
  • Ensure that all technical and operational requirements are met for the development, integration, and testing of MQ-4C mission system avionics and avionics related modifications
  • Review laboratory, ground and flight test deficiency reports for Mission Systems technical and airworthiness impacts
  • Produce and/or review documentation related to development and testing of the Triton UAS, including but not limited to ICDs, IDDs, Specifications, Verification Requirements Matrix, System Test Procedures and Test Reports

 

Education

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
