Description

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking Signature Analysis/Programmatic Support to provide support at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) to the IPT and Functional Teams located in Arlington, VA. 

 

Duties 

 
 
  • Coordinating Low Observable/Signature IPT technical and programmatic actions in supporting the SEIT Mission Effectiveness IPT Lead
  • Knowledge of Diagnostic Radars, RCS Ranges, and LO
  • Strong knowledge of EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
  • Ability to summarize classified technology concepts and communicate them with unclassified technical and non-technical personne
 
 

Required Qualifications and Experience

 
 
  • At least 10 years of engineering or technical experience in the field of (Low Observables)
  • 3 or more years of project management experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in a DoD acquisition program
  • 5 or more years of system or flight test experience at a Government or Contractor range
  • TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR
 
 

 

Education

  • M.S. Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Science
            OR
  • B.S. Engineering Degree with additional 4 years of experience
