HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking Block 4 Systems Engineering Support to provide support at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) to the Block 4 Lead Engineer and the C2D2 Strategic Planning Program Manager located in Arlington, VA. 

Duties 

• Coordination of technical efforts among the JPO IPTs
• Provide oversight of the Prime Contractor in the tracking Service and Joint specific capabilities and requirements for the three F-35 variants
• Understanding of DoD Acquisition processes, requirements development, and technology transition/insertion planning
• Strong requirements management and tracking skills
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to think, plan and work at both at Aircraft/weapons systems and subsystems/software requirements level

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in systems or avionics engineering position
• At least 6 of those years in aviation systems engineering and acquisition program support
• At least 5 years direct experience in support of DoD classified programs
• TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR and SCI access
   

Education

• M.S. Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering

• B.S. Engineering Degree with additional 4 years of experience in applicable related technical area
