Description

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a ALIS Software Specification & Alternate Sources Engineer (Engineer/Scientist III) to assist our customer in development and fielding of Follow on Modernization (FoM) capabilities of the F-35 fleet at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) located in Arlington, VA.

 

Duties

  • Provide engineering, technical, and analytical support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Functional Teams of the F-35 capabilities

 

Required Qualifications and Experience

 
  • At least 6 years of experience in Systems Engineering and development with IT network architecture
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US networking, global information systems, information systems with multiple servers and boundaries (e.g. cloud-based systems)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accepted project management techniques, applications and processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accepted managerial and administrative techniques, manage and direct both professional and non-professional personnel as an integrated unit
  • Have an ability to prepare and present oral and written presentations to various levels of government and industry management
  • SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR programs

 

Education

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
