HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Systems Engineer to Requirements Management and Systems Engineering Support to AH-1Z and UH-1Y (PMA-276) program located at Patuxent River, MD.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Systems Engineering
- Requirements Management
- Obtain and/or maintain a SECRET Clearance.
Responsibilities and Tasking:
- Receive, upload, and trace all requirements and specification related deliverables
- Coordinate reviews of deliverables from production contractors and other government customers, including creating relations between other DOORS databases, ENOVIA, and Cameo Systems Modeler and the Government DOORS database
- Support of the PMA-276 Avionics, SWAT, Air Vehicle, and Sensors and Weapons IPTs throughout the acquisition process from concept formulation through production, and for engineering support during in-service use
- Produce and/or review documentation related to development and testing of the AH-1Z and UH-1Y systems and subsystems, including but not limited to ICDs, IDDs, Specifications, Verification Requirements Matrix, System Test Procedures and Test Reports
- Responsible for generating Traceability Analysis reports and analyzing historic documentation of the H-1 program
- Manage configuration management of Specifications and RTVMs and coordinate with OPS and CM to ensure program management plans are followed appropriately
- Develop a Requirements Management course to educate PMA-276 regarding Systems Engineering best practices and program specific procedures
Desired Experience
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
- 3 years of aviation acquisition or relevant work experience
Education
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
