Description

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Air Systems Requirements Analyst to provide Partner Test Integration Support at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) located in Arlington, VA.

 

Duties

• Provide program management, system engineering, technical, and analysis services enhancing F-35 Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and requirements development.

  • Responsibility include requirements development, analysis, and definition

  • Service, Joint, and Coalition CONOPS development and analysis

  • Subject matter expertise in tactical aviation to include integration of sensors and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.

     

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in an engineering or technical position
  • At least 8 of those years with military flight experience in a 4th Generation U.S. strike/fighter aircraft
  • Major staff or program office experience
  • Requirements development experience
  • Knowledge and expertise in Network Centric Warfare
  • Knowledge and experience in Joint and Coalition operations experience with CONOPS development and analysis
  • Familiarization with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR and SCI

 

Education

  • M.S. Degree in Engineering or Science (or a B.S. Degree in Engineering or Science and an additional 4 years of experience)
