Description

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a training specialist to assist customers with development of training products and processes in Program Offices located in Patuxent River, MD.

 

Duties

  • Lead and support the development of training products associated with Naval systems and processes. Assess and describe training gaps, then develop and deploy recommended training capability solutions based on data-driven analyses.
  • Assist program office customer with training equipment and training facilities analyses and metrics reporting; assess and report training requirements throughout the lifecycle of Naval weapons systems.
  • Using common Microsoft tools, create and distribute documents in support of the acquisition process.
  • Develop training products using Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) Content Planning Module (CPM)/Learning Object (LO) tools or similar curriculum development software
 

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in weapons systems support position
  • 3 or more years of DoD training system acquisition experience
  • 3 or more years of experience using AIM CPM/LO tools or similar curriculum development software
  • Experience in DoD ACAT-Acquisition Programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • SECRET Clearance

  • B.S. Degree
