HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Security Cooperative Partner/FMS Air Systems Software Engineering Support to provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical and Engineering Support at the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) located in Arlington, VA. 

Duties 

• Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment
• Knowledge of international acquisition and the LOR/LOA process
• Knowledge of U.S. disclosure policy and processes

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 6 or more years of systems engineering experience with military avionics systems
• SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR

Education

• B.S. or B.A. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Mathematics
